I recently joined the “ARGUS Commercial Real Estate Network” and wanted to make CREOPoint aware of the networking efforts they are doing to help industry professionals in these current economic times. This is NOT a sales pitch for them, but a rather a recommendation to check out this group and review potential networking opportunities.

The President & CEO for ARGUS Software is sharing invaluable information on the commercial real estate market and reaching out to ALL industry professionals to participate with him in networking, mentoring etc.

For those of you who aren't familiar with ARGUS, it's one of the leading platforms to underwrite commercial real estate deals etc.

I got an email from the president of ARGUS regarding this group. I am planning on joining and enhancing my argus skills. Learned a few things while at NYU but not nearly enough. Thanks again for the post. ARGUS is a standard that everyone in the investment community knows. Very important to understand.

Michael hi hope you had a nice weekend. Thanks again for letting CREOpoint members know about Argus leadership initiative.

I met their CREO Mark Kingston again this week and was very impressed because he had given up on an important family reunion to ensure all the people he had promised free software and education would get it immediately. Mark would never advertise that so I thought I would!

I promised to help him so that we all come out of this mess stronger faster. We discussed composition platforms and Mark offered to have CREOpoint also in ArgusZone. That would save him some time, frustration, risk and money while strengthening his relationships with his ecosystem. I also think it would be a win for members like you and CREOpoint so stay tuned!

Great speaking with you today and thanks for all your insight on CREOPoint!! Definitely want to spend more time on your platform maximizing my networking efforts with the CREOPoint community, and assist you and Mark with Argus and any other areas possible.

Let me follow up on my group “Bank/Saleleaseback Excess Property Group” with some of my ideas and also I'll email the power point on 1031 Exchanges & Foreclosures. This is an area where I think there is great opportunity to build and network within CREOPoint. Also, when time permits, maybe we can jump back on the phone and you can show me a few more tricks on the platform?
