In these "down times" we have tried a few new things:
Enhanced our marketing program so it is very focused on our listed properties, reward programs for brokers who are doing deals with us, we write more articles for local publications and are constantly looking for speaking engagements, we sponsor high profile luncheons and invite guests to sit with us, and we use technology to provide value every step of the way.
What else are you doing that you would be willing to share as "business development tools" that can help us be ready for the rebound in commercial real estate?
