Frances, It's awfully quiet out here....one can almost hear crickets chirping! What an obscure question? As a way of trying to answer it, I did a deep search. I have no way to vouch for this company, so you'll have to do careful due diligence. Try this: DRG Commercial Loans .
Another way would be to reach out to the membership directly..."The answer is in the community." I think that many members don't quite realize how much power is here on CREOpoint and how to locate it. If you go to the Members section, and search on terms like hard money lending, lease finance, lease funding, lease financing, commercial finance (specific terms important), and take a look at the profiles, many of them 'go deep' and explain people's expertise. I don't think you'll see the term 'lease instruments' or 'lease instrument', but I think you will find some complementary expertise and contacts.
Lastly, Peter Maclennan writes a blog on hard money lending (he is with Owens Financial in CA) and maybe just phone him and see if he could answer your question. You can find him by doing a Member search under Members, or a search in the top right box at the very top of the CREOpoint main page under 'Search CREOpoint', which searches the entire site.
Good luck and hope this helps give you some leads...
