As a marketing broker for the Georgia Center for Foreign Investment & Development, I work with foreign investors looking for profitable, secure projects. As a regional center, we can provide full service for qualified investors seeking a potential green card through the EB5 program. Investments can be $500K or $1 million depending on the Homeland Security's requirements. We have numerous investments such as the Carnegie Boutique Hotel in Atlanta, Asian Village Atlanta, Turner Stadium Redevelopment, Newnan Village, & more.
Vici Real Estate is a commercial brokerage & development company. I specialize in industrial warehouse, retail, & restaurant space. Vici has mixed use projects with the opportunity to lease or purchase space (condo ownership).

Hi Dianne, good to hear from you. Where the Dubai events go from here has much to do with the response from Abu Dhabi. On one hand, a no further bailout message may be highly disruptive and painful in the short term and can domino into other markets but on the other hand, debt restructurings and debt elimination is healthier for the long term. Hope it all turns out OK for your husband (it always does somehow!). Also hope you enjoy the rest of your Thanksgiving weekend. Best, JC
