Frank Allison’s “Programmed Approach” on any project is to identify key components prior to design/engineering/budgeting etc. that will yield the highest performance, best end use and market/economic returns. This has been best done before any other activity such as use and/or any design work starts.

Frank Allison Interests has worked with a select group of clients, initially to help define their needs, collect and interpret Market or Client need, then to devise a process that matches and is appropriate to the desired outcome. Frank has planned the project, defined/completed project work needed, provided project resources and a customized network of professionals from a broad spectrum of sources to collect, coordinate, advise, monitor and direct a customized network of project demand professionals from planners, architects, engineers, realtors, lenders, attorneys, accountants, investment analysts, interior designers and specialized project demand entities (landscape, Green Building, signage, etc).

Clients' goals become Franks’ goals. The most appropriate means are found and programmed into the project to achieve budgetary, schedule, investment, and design performance with several producing “first of its kind”.

Frank orchestrates and administers processes, analyzes and enhances proposals, and recommends mechanisms and events for short and long-term benefits —within each project-planned, customized specific and designed, constructed project.
