I assist management teams to develop and implement changes to their business, financial policies and procedures whilst maintaining financial performance, control and continuous improvement.

My Construction interests are in super prime residential property and specialist commercial construction of cemeteries and crematoria.

My focus is on the people and teams impacted by business reorganisation. With clear direction and communication, positive tangible change can be made in people's lives.
