Responsibilities
Since 2005 I have worked in the Paris office of Cushman & Wakefield. I become a valuer after having succeeded in my internship in the valuation department and I am currently preparing the RICS qualification.
Prior to working for Cushman & Wakefield, I worked for several public administrations such as the Agence Nationale pour l’Amélioration de l’Habitat, and the “prefecture de police”.
Tasks:
• Property inspection, valuation of offices, warehouses, shopping centres and retail units throughout France;
• Single asset and portfolio valuation using Excel, Circle Investor;
• Calculating figures and valuation methodology (Capitalisation methods, discounted cash flows, and comparison);
• Gathering and analysing data for market studies;
• Writing extensive and condensed valuation reports in English and French;
Recent Successes
• Bi-annual Portfolio valuation of shopping centres and retail parks and warehouses Altaréa.
• Valuation of various offices and retail properties in Paris for LVMH.
• Portfolio Valuation of 6 shopping centres, retail parks and land for Immochan.
• Quarterly Portfolio Valuation of 78 retail, hôtel and offices assets for Vastned.
• Valuations for UBS
• Redevelopments for Semavip.....
Memberships and Qualifications
• APC RICS
• AMIE (Association d’anciens du Master d’ingénierie immobilière)
• Real estate network Youngstone
Diplomas:
• ICH - France MSc in Building valuations (with honours)
• University of Nanterre - Masters in real estate engineering
• University of Sceaux - Masters in private law and judicial careers
• Bachelor of law – obtained with honours
