I am investment sales broker from Long Island, New York. I work on properties nationwide and have sold properties out of state. I look forward to connecting with people who have investment properties to sell. At the moment, the most popular product that my client base is searching for are single tenant deals on long term leases with good credit tenants. Sale/Leasebacks are very much desired in this market as well. Please contact me if you have these types of assets and are looking for a buyer or a broker to represent you.
